On May 29, 2018 the last workshop of A1 course piloting was held at Turiba University. This was a workshop for adult learners.
The course piloting of A1 modules has been in progress since February at Turiba University. During that period 53 VET students piloted French, German, Spanish and English A1 level courses.
Apart from the students, a group of adult learners have been learning A1 English course to update their language skills necessary for work at supportive functions of the University (financial sector, technical staff, the staff of the library and publishing house, secretaries, security, etc.). They all benefited from increasing their English language competence that is essential in an international university on daily basis when contacting our international students from all over the world. They highly appreciated that opportunity and were glad that the language learning materials created will be available for them for self-study after the end of the project and they will be able to proceed to A2/B1 level and possibly to B2 level as well.
